How information is handled when you use the NRP website, request support, or place an order.
Use the NRP Support form before ordering, returning a product, or shipping any component when you need clarification.
Information you provide
NRP receives information you submit through support and replacement-program forms, including contact details, order and part identifiers, refrigerator model information, and your message. Checkout may collect shipping, billing, and order information needed to process and fulfill a purchase.
Cart and payment processing
The cart is stored in browser storage on your device. When online checkout is enabled, payment information is handled by the payment processor; NRP does not ask you to send payment-card details through the Support form.
How information is used
Information may be used to answer questions, evaluate compatibility or Replacement Program requests, process and fulfill orders, handle returns or warranty requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Service providers receive information only as needed to perform their functions.
Retention and security
NRP retains information as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, business records, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy questions
Use the NRP Support form for a privacy question or request. Do not include payment-card information in a support message.
