When approved, the customer ships the intact original component to NRP at the customer's expense.

When program terms apply, NRP may provide a replacement and cover its shipment back to the customer.

Photos and examples
NRP may separately request permission to use submitted photos or product examples for development or marketing. No permission is assumed from this form.
No automatic acceptance
NRP may decline a submission or replacement request. Final eligibility, timing, and terms require direct approval.
